YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS WE'VE GOT ANSWERS

I don't have an Air Fryer, How do I cook the Pom Duchess Potatoes?

Pom Duchess were designed to work best with Air Fryers or Convection Ovens. if you don't have either one, a Toaster or regular oven set for 325' F and timed for 20 minutes will work too. Remove the Desired Number of Potatoes from the tray (from Frozen State) and place on a baking tray lined up with parchment paper and lightly spray with baking spray the paper and potatoes. cook, let sit for a minute or so and enjoy

My Delivery is in insulated box, how do i handle that?

The Cooler box you received the product with, was designed to hold the product at optimal temperature and maintain the integrity of the product. When the product arrived at your address, you should remove the Black trays containing the Potatoe products and place them in the freezer until ready to use. by the time the cooler arrives to you, you may have little or no Dry Ice left in the cooler which is completely how it was intended. discard the dry ice empty bags and styrofoam packaging.

How should I store the Potatatos after I cooked them if I have leftovers?

Any leftovers can be placed in the refrigerator covered and should be used within 2 days of cooking.

What do i do if there is dry ice left in the cooler when I receive it?

What is Dry Ice?
Dry ice is pure, solid carbon dioxide (CO2). As a gas, CO2 exists naturally in our environment.ÿ It's called "dry ice" because it does not melt. Dry ice goes directly from a solid to a gas in a process called sublimation.
use a kitchen towel and place the leftover dry ice in the sink and let dissipate.
